The wedding ceremony featured the union of Hoang and Nguyen Phuong Nhi, who had previously been a runner-up in the Miss World Vietnam 2022 competition. Vuong attended the midday event dressed in a light-colored suit and a yellow tie, leading the groom’s family procession. His presence was significant as he personally greeted members of the bride’s family, starting with her parents, Nguyen Van Dong and Doan Thi Nguyet. Nhi, who studied international commercial law at Hanoi Law University, is fluent in English and Spanish. In 2023, she represented Vietnam at the Miss International pageant in Japan, finishing among the top 15 contestants. After the engagement, she deactivated her social media accounts, stepped away from the entertainment industry, and maintained a low public profile, focusing on her new life with Hoang.
